Research on the psychology of eating has shown that a focus on weight loss can lead individuals to associate certain foods with negative emotions, such as fear or guilt. Mindful eating has been proposed as a way to encourage positive relationships with food, as it empowers people to listen to their body and make conscious eating decisions.

Snack Hack is a wellness app guided by the principles of mindful eating and designed to support health-conscious users in their snacking journeys.

Users upload their favorite foods into a digital pantry and answer questions about their dietary restrictions, health concerns, and goals. Snack Hack will help create a new pantry with delicious snack recommendations that are specifically curated for them.
